I have nothing but respect and positive things to say about this facility. The staff here is more than willing to go above and beyond to assist in whatever way they can. Capital Oaks staff most definitely deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Capital Oaks!

This was one of the only facilities with a secure unit, which was paramount to my mother’s safety. It has turned out to be a great place for her!

I appreciate the dedication to the cleanliness of the facility and the dedication to my mother’s hygiene as well. Many of the staff members who were here when my mother was admitted are still here, which says a lot about the facility. I know the staff feel a personal connection and responsibility to the residents they serve.

All of the staff were extremely helpful in getting my dad into the facility at Capital Oaks. When I moved my dad in, they were wonderful with him. I’m very impressed overall, and we’re very pleased.

The care my mother receives is a great comfort to our family due to her dementia. When I walk in, I am always greeted, and the staff are always pleasant when I call. I have peace knowing she is in a good facility that not only cares about the patients, but about the condition of the facility as well.
